I just bought my car from Alan Mance HSV and I can't say how much I've enjoyed talking and dealing with their team. From sales to Finance they are all great. can't expect more. Very friendly and they actually care about their customers and want to make sure they are are well informed and happy with the progress from the beginning to the end. Thank you team.

Terrible customer service. After driving all the way to Footscray to specifically see this dealer, not only was I not stared up and down dismissively,I was not acknowledged for a good 5 minutes (sales people standing there talking amongst themselves-not busy) I even opened demo car doors to show my interest in buying a new car (if being there in the first place isn't tell tale enough) I requested a quote which was written on the back of a business card, I then asked for it to be done properly, I was told I would receive it ... read more

This is the absolute best dealer I have ever dealt with . Even after the sale was done , I was still treated very well , I cannot recommend them enough . I will be definitely be buying more cars from Anthony Jones , both him and the dealer principal Alan Mance are stand up guys!
