I brought my LDV Deliver9 in for service (35,000 km), they just left me a note that the headlight and fog lights not working (as I left them a note in the van) and require further "diagnosis". I booked in for another appointment (need whole day !!!) and I was told that they did not get the booking. Finally they decided to do it and I left my van there at 8 am. I returned at 3:30 pm (noticed that my van was outside, at the parking lot) and was told to come back an hour later. I came back an hour later and my van was still in ... read more
It is a nightmare. The van has been repaired here for more than 1 month because of manufacturer fault. No replaced van is provided. Very disappointing experience. Avoid them!
Ordered a LDV D90 through a fleet company almost 4 months ago and was told the car will arrive in June. I have sent several emails and made several calls and only got a reply to one email. Whenever I call they simply hang up after transferring to a few numbers. Every time I manage to speak to the receptionist I get told to bare with the poor response as the manager is new. Brought a LDV with a canopy and roof racks. Canopy installed but still haven't had the roof racks installed . It's been over 6 months now. Customer service is absolutely appalling. I have a fleet of about 14 cars and I will not be buying another vehicle from here. Once they have your money they just ignore you.
Worst service ever. Don't bother buying anything from alan mance. Disgusting customer service. Service techs are also rubbish amateur people that can't fix or service properly. STAY AWAY!!
