Took my car in a couple months ago because a T piece burst and they told me it was not covered under warranty, that piece has now been re called.. also my break fluid low light was on and I was told my breaks are still good, 3 weeks after taking in my car breaks started grinding. 4 months later my car is now off the road because of issues with breaks. Just went in to look at a car, the young blonde female was super rude. I asked a question not knowing my family member had asked previously as i was looking at the car inside. She was rude and snapped and said i already told your family member. Also was mocking someone who had previously looked at a car that has different controls saying that. I have purchased many vehicles over the years for my business. This time around was my first with LDV. Of all the dealerships I have delt with, Alan Mance LDV in Melton is by far the worst. Zero communication and service. They dropped off cars to me without notice and in no way helpful when it came to simple warranty claims on the vehicles. Do yourself a favour and drive in the opposite direction to get a car. They are not worth the time or effort. Get better and invest in some customer service. What a joke.

EDIT: Made contact as requested a few months ago and spoke with Phil Mance was told he was going to call back once he looked into the file on my car and here I am STILL waiting for him to call me back. Just another reason to not deal with LDV MELTON! Will never buy a car here AGAIN! 3 and a half years ago my husband bought a brand-new car from Alan Mance LDV. In the past 3 years our D90 has been presented to LDV dealership multiple times for warranty issues. The car had its first issue at around 13,000 with EGR valve issues... read more

Please do not go to this store!!! There are ment other LDV stores around Melbourne I can’t not stress enough that this store in melton have no respect for customers and have no humane dignity… they damaged my car and blamed it on us.. now I’m left with $3000+ damage to my brand new LDV d90 and they won’t own up to it… that there is just a very very poor way to live your life.. people should be honest specially at a age over 4years old… again for anyone’s own peace of mind do not go to the melton LDV STORE they have no custom... read more
