The staff are great and friendly Whilst waiting for your car to be serviced there is a lounge where you can have a hot drink. The latte was great You also meet other people and have interesting discussions while you wait for your car to be serviced

I did put a deposit on a model to hold. Their terms says it's a full refund if you can't proceed to buy it. When I asked for a refund, I came to know what their customer service is. They won't give you a satisfactory reason aswell. Also pointing to each other saying"oh, I don't know what it is.May be my manager knows." And no feedback and won't let you reach manager. Hey guys, I was advised when I purchased my Vitara that I would be also getting a free iPad as a part of the deal. I was then advised that due to poor management of the complimentary iPad's that I had to wait until the end of the promotion to receive it.
