I am writing this as a personal review for Connor Brown, the sales manager at Ballarat BMW. As a small volume dealership, they have to find the balance between staffing and delivery to customers, which is a tricky thing indeed. Nonetheless, Connor made us feel welcome and catered to our requirements expertly and effortlessly (and I can be demanding!). I highly recommend giving them a call to talk BMW options, they'll take care of you.
A massive thanks to Kate and the service team at Ballarat BMW for helping me with oil. Not car savvy, the warning light came on on the way to a funeral. Kate did not hesitate to help and take the car quickly to get more oil and the right one. Massive thanks.
