I have to say what an easy and pleasing experience. I have a 2015 defender which had an issue with the gear box. I called Lance Dixon and the service advisor Andreas said doesn't seen great bring it in for a test drive which i did the next morning. They identified the issue provided a loan car and ensured that every little defect was replaced and i was updated daily. I will be now returning for all future services. Thanks
