My DMax X-Terrain had it 30000 service today. The staff there were very helpful and explained everything. A great bunch of people who took care of my DMax. I rate the Ballarat Isuzu Ute Dealership and Service Centre 10/10. I highly recommend them if purchasing a new Isuzu or getting your current Isuzu serviced.

Would highly recommend purchasing an Isuzu vehicle but don't expect any aftersales service from this mob!! Had a check engine light come on on my vehicle (which was purchased brand new from Isuzu Ute Ballarat) which also has a recall notice on it but they couldn't put a scan tool on it for 8 weeks!! Every time I have dealt with them they have either been completely useless or tried to blow sunshine up me about how they are taking care of myself and my vehicle only to find out they've known about an "issue" for 6 months but r... read more
After having trouble and numerous phone calls about a faulty volume button in our MUX, we finally spoke to a very helpful Service Manager Allan and staff. We finally have it replaced. Thank you Allan for tuning in our phones with a smile. Many thanks to staff. Gavin and Sharon Wiseman.
Thank you to the team at Ballarat Isuzu Ute for such a great experience. Accidentally went to the muppets at Isuzu Trucks first and claimed they could help me buy a Dmax from a dealer hours away.
