Purchased an i30N premium (which was a good experience) from the nunawading hyundai dealership in feb 2024, after a couple of months of owning the vehicle i started experiencing problems. I have taken the car back about 5 times and they still can't fix the issues. I have been lied to by staff, zero communication, threatened by a member of management and now im trying to reach out to the dealer principal to raise my concern and to come up with a solution and I keep getting told he will call me back tomorrow and he never does.... read more
I had the same experience with Linda as well, that guys ask wont let me to test drive the car. The customer service was poor, communication was lacking, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. The worst part was the attitude of the salesman. He was disinterested, dismissive, and made no effort to assist or answer questions properly. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer.
