Andrew and the crew at Nunawading Hyundai were amazing. They were incredibly patient and spent so much time talking me through the pros and cons of different models, including working out fuel economy for me. Andrew kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and when it came to handover he again patiently walked me through the features. He also makes a fine coffee! Purchased an i30N premium (which was a good experience) from the nunawading hyundai dealership in feb 2024, after a couple of months of owning the vehicle i started experiencing problems. I have taken the car back about 5 times and they still can't fix the issues. I have been lied to by staff, zero communication, threatened by a member of management and now im trying to reach out to the dealer principal to raise my concern and to come up with a solution and I keep getting told he will call me back tomorrow and he never does.... read more
