RecommendedNeeded a simple replacement part and Neil from spare parts went the extra mile to ensure the small part was sent via the post without any problems. Some other Victorian Audi distributers could learn a thing or two from this dealership about customer service. If you spend 160K on a car I feel asking for a minor part to be sent out in the mail isn't a lot to ask for. Well done Neil. Your help was much appreciated.

Fantastic experience. Carissa was brilliant and provided excellent customer service. She even gave an Audi teddy to our daughter when I picked the car up. Our daughter, who has a disability, had one of her teddies (her obsession), with her when I test drove the car.
